Welcome to the home of the Harrison Township Education Association. The HTEA is the union representing over 140 members employed by the Harrison Township School District in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. We include teachers,nurses,guidance counselors, CST members, aides, instructional aides, teacher assistants, receptionists and custodians in the Harrison and Pleasant Valley Schools. We are committed to educating the students of Mullica Hill, Richwood and Ewan.

Our Misson:

The HTEA's mission is to ensure that all our members, both individually and collectively, are valued. We strive to increase
professionalism and unity in the teaching profession and in doing so, continually improve public education for all stakeholders in our district, state and nation. We provide support, direction and opportunities for professional and personal growth for all members.

The purpose of the HTEA is to:

• Provide professional representation for all employees at Harrison Twp and Pleasant Valley Schools
• Provide support and advocacy for our members
• Be a source of information for professional educators and the community
