Your HTEA team has met on 4 occasions since October to develop a new contract proposal.

The HTEA Negotiation Team met with the BOE on December 2nd and exchanged proposals for the upcoming 2010-2013 contract.  The atmosphere is much more positive and friendly than in previous years, and we are looking forward to discussing the items in each proposal and coming to an agreement as soon as possible. Our next meetings with the BOE will be January 21st and January 28th, 2010. 

Thank you to the HTS BSI and special area teachers, the 3rd grade teachers, and the PVS special education teachers for providing us food and snacks that kept us going through the many hours of creating the proposal!
